The cottage is uniquely located on the North side of the village at a dead end street with 4 houses. The back of the house is separated from the famous Bad Hotel, by small a counterfoil with a width of approx. 100 meters. At the front we overlook the dunes and also have a view on the characteristic water tower.
The beach is about 100 meters away and it takes about 300 meters to reach the village center. Yet the location is very quiet. We can honestly state that this is one of the best locations in Domburg. The cottage has been built in 1928, as summerhouse for a family from The Hague.
The surface of the ground floor is approx. 55 m2 and the first floor is around 45 m2. The house is suitable for maximum 5 persons, for example a family with 3 children. The garden is approx. 600 m2 large, with its own parking place for 2 cars.

DESCRIPTION COTTAGE
Ground floor:
- L-shaped living room with a wooden floor and a door to the terrace. TV, DVD and stereo installation.
- Kitchen totally new, with Miele dishwasher, Liebherr frigidaire with separately freeze and a separate Cooking area with Atag turbo furnace and 4 heaters. The worktop is of granite.
- From the kitchen 2 doors opening to the terrace (see picture).
- There is a small cellar and in the large hall there is a toilet.
First Floor:
- On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms:
- The largest (17.5 m2) is at the front with a large build-in cupboard, double bed and a wash basin.
- The two smaller bedrooms (9 m2 each) also have wash basins and one chamber has a battery bed.
- All beds are provided with coverlets.
- The bathroom has a spacious shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
- This is also where the washing machine is located (Miele).
- The attic is locked.
- In the small barn there is a bicycle and for the terrace there is
- garden furniture available.
